Game Updates

Vulkan issues in Star Citizen 4.5

• 4.5 enables Vulkan by default but some colors are inverted / blue. LUG Helper >= 4.8 installs default to DX11 instead

  CIG is aware of and is working on the problem.

• We recommend switching to DX11 temporarily.

• If you need Vulkan, then switch to Experimental Wayland and
  Edit USER.cfg to switch to Vulkan
